 In the age of social sharing, brands lose control of their assets once users start reposting them. PassionTag sought to solve this by making images "smart," ensuring that brand value travels as far as the image does.

SmartTags We helped bring the PassionTag platform to life, enabling a new form of viral commerce.

  • Interactive: Viewers can interact directly with the image—listening to a song, finding a store location, or buying a product instantly.

  • Viral Value: Consumers can "collect" tags from brand media and apply them to personal photos, extending the brand's reach organically.

  • Real-Time Updates: The platform allows for "on-the-fly" changes. A sale ended? The brand can update the tag, and that change reflects immediately across thousands of shared images on social media.

Our Contribution
Precise Dialogue was contracted to build the ecosystem that powers this technology. We developed the analytics portal for tracking engagement, handled the social media API integrations, and crafted the investment and marketing materials that introduced this technology to the world.

Key Features & Innovation

  • Viral Persistence: SmartTags travel attached to the image. When a consumer shares a brand photo, the interactive tag goes with it, turning every share into a potential transaction.

  • Dynamic Control: Brands retain control over the content even after it has been released into the wild. A call-to-action can be updated centrally and will instantly cascade to all previously shared instances of that image across the web.

  • Frictionless Interaction: With a single touch, users can play media (video/audio), access Google Maps, make phone calls, or visit a website. Most importantly, it places the viewer just one click away from a purchase or donation.
