Design Thinking for the Modern Business Analyst Facilitated by Precise Dialogue

In today’s digital landscape, a functional process isn't enough; the user experience defines the success of adoption, brand loyalty, and transition management. To future-proof their organization, a large cohort of Business Analysts needed to shift their mindset from purely functional requirements to a holistic, user-centered approach.
The Solution
